They don't, in fact. They are, however, thick and comfortable!

Is there a way to make it glow in the dark?

They don't glow in the dark, unfortunately.

The black/royal/multi is identical to the black/neon green/multi in appearance. Is it possible that these two items are the same? Could someone please tell me what colors their set is?

The neon green in the black/royal combo is more vibrant than the light green. That is the distinction.
