My daughter loves it because it has a UPF of 4, which protects her when worn with a kids suncreen and a great swimsuit.
I went up a size when I placed my order. I ordered a 5T bathing suit for my daughter, who wears a 4T size in clothes. If you need something for 18 months, the 2T is the way to go. If you want to be sure, check to see if free returns are available, and if they are, order two sizes and return the one that doesn't fit.

I washed it before using it, and I've worn it in the pool several times and it STILL BLEEDS! I even tried soaking it in a bucket to remove the excess dye. . . . IT'S STILL BLEEDING AFTER TWO DAYS AND SEVEN SOAKS AND RINSES.
It is a hit with my daughter! They do, however, come in small sizes. Check out the customer feedback. My daughter is four years old, and I ordered her a size six, which she loves. My daughter is, by the way, quite petite for her age.
This bathing suit was ideal for my one-day trip to the beach. year- old! The two-piece design made it much easier to put on and take off, and the sleeves provided sun protection for the shoulders. As far as I can tell, all suits are designed to be tight, so we ordered a size larger than we normally would.
The color fades after several washes, and the water is always pink. My swimsuit turned pink while I was standing next to my daughter in the pool! It is not something I would recommend!.
It was exactly the right size for my granddaughter. One thing I noticed was that when the bathing suit was wet, the pink dye bled through onto the white cover I had left it on for the time being. Aside from that, I was content.
There's a chance the sizing isn't quite right. This swimsuit is absolutely adorable! The only problem is that I ordered a 4T (US size) and received a 4T (US size). My daughter has just turned 3 and is 28 pounds at her third year check up, which is 25% in her age at her third year check up. The waist and legs of the bottoms are a little tight. I'm sure she'll hit a growth spurt soon, and her clothes will begin to fit better as she grows taller. I'm merely informing others.
My daughter is petite; she was two years old when she received the pqte, weighs 25 pounds, and wears clothing in sizes 18 and 20. I bought a size 2T bathing suit for her and it fits perfectly. In a short period of time, he will no longer be able to serve.
It's very cute, but it's a bit on the small side. I bought a 4T for my granddaughter, who wears a 3T. The top is just right, but the bottoms are already a little too tight. However, the set is so adorable that I'm going to order a 5T.
