I had no idea how this was going to fit my three-month-old daughter (12). 5) pounds, but I was overjoyed! I was concerned about taking her to the beach because she is so young and has sensitive skin. Her bathing suit did indeed shield her from the elements. I went to the beach for about 2 hours, from 12 to 2 p. m. (the hottest time of day), and she didn't get burned (or even tanned). Of course, I used sunscreen, but only once under her bathing suit! As you can see, it's a perfect fit for her. It doesn't appear to be excessively large, but it does appear to have enough room for her to expand. Not to mention the adorable colors.
This swimsuit is a hit with both my child and me. The only issue is that there is a significant age difference in size: she is 9 months old but was born prematurely, so she is the size of a 6-year-old. The baby is seven months old. I did not receive a score of six. I chose the number 12 because I knew it would be far too large. As a result, I bought a 0-. It was a perfect fit for a 6-month-old baby. Granite, on the other hand, is something she won't be able to put on again.
This swimsuit is absolutely adorable! I believe it runs a little small, but it was perfect for my toddler. I gave it four stars instead of five because I despise the lack of a snap-close diaper opening.
I placed an order for one (1). It's a 2T (2A) size if the torso is the same as or smaller than a 12 month's clothing. It's much shorter than a Carter's 18mo size onsie, as shown in the photo. Unfortunately, my 12-month-old has a king torso, so she has to wear 18-month clothes. Because the onsie shown has already shrunk in the wash, I'd go with the 2A (1-). The size 2T) is a bit on the small side. If you have a 9-year-old child, this is the only option. 12 months of age. Soon after, it won't fit. I'm not sure if I ordered the wrong size because the tag only says 2A. Otherwise, the print, color, and fabric all appear to be lovely and adorable!.
It's well-made. The back isn't double lined like the front, but that helped keep it from getting too hot for baby (my little one turns bright red in the summer heat). Plus, you couldn't see through it on the back anyway, and she's wearing a diaper, so it wasn't a big deal. Rather than measuring by "months," simply refer to the size chart.
This suit is both cute and affordable. The fact that the suit's back isn't lined is my main issue with it. The fabric is excessively thin. Because the suit looks terrible when wet, it will be reserved for use at home. As a result, this suit isn't one I'd recommend.
I placed an order for six. 12m I got a 12m and it barely fit her and she's only an 18 pound baby. So I'm not sure what size I ordered, but it fit perfectly, so I'll have to order another one soon. I bought it expecting it to fit loosely so she could wear it all summer, but it didn't. It's cute, though, and I liked the long sleeve for added protection. I'd buy it again, but in a larger size.
This is ideal for my one-year-old son. It has been comfortable for her for the past six months (from January to June). So far, it has served me well (5 years) and I expect it to continue to serve me well in the future; the zipper makes it simple to put on and take off. I don't have to worry about getting sunburned because of the sleeves!.
