My ten-month-old baby is petite for her age, wearing size nine-month clothing. I took the plunge and purchased a 12-pack of cigarettes. It's in the 18-month size, and it's perfect for her arms. It doesn't make it past her grasp. It will undoubtedly fit a 12-month-old with a larger stomach than mine. But I wouldn't put my 18-month-old in it. br>The hat protects her neck, which is great; however, the bill of the hat covers her face, and there isn't much hard support to keep it in place. So all you have to do now is turn the bill upwards to keep it in place. Defeating the hat's purposebr>br>(UPDATE AFTER WEARING IT TO THE BEACH)br>- The material held up well in the water and dried quickly, but it was still too big for my baby because she's so petite, and we didn't use the hat because it was cloudy, but she had a good time and I'm glad it was bigger because I can't imagine how difficult it would be to get a wet suit like this off of her if it was skin tight.
This was purchased for my 6-year-old son. Our vacation in Mexico was planned when he was a month old. Our daughter was not a big fan of swimming or being in the water, which is something to keep in mind when shopping for a baby swimsuit. Having said that, it did a good job of shielding her skin from the sun. I purchased a 9-inch computer monitor. It's a 12-month suit, so she'll be able to wear it for a while, and as you can see, it runs a little big, but it fits her well at 6-feet tall. I'm assuming I'll be able to use it this summer when she's 12 months old, if not a little older.
Our little girl loves her one-piece rash guard bathing suit. She is eight months old and is dressed in a six-piece outfit. 9 months. It's flexible, so she can move around easily, and there are snaps on the bottom for easy diapering. The only thing I didn't like was that the tag was on the outside of the swimsuit for no apparent reason. . . but I ended up snipping it off and all that was left was a small black piece. It didn't bother me as long as I didn't focus on the tag area. Lol.
I'm lowering the star rating to one. Doesn't do what it says on the tin. We tried it out today for the first time, and she got a sunburn all the way through the suit after 30 minutes. I'm disappointed that I put my faith in this product to protect her fair skin, but I'm glad I double-checked while reapplying sunscreen to her face, hands, and feet. br>br>Order a size larger. The 18-foot yacht was purchased by us. My 18-month-old fits perfectly in the 24 month size, but the hat is far too small. Before the summer is out, she'll need to go up a size.
This is by far the best swimsuit I've ever seen. All I have to do now is make sure my daughter's face is protected with sunscreen. I'm not concerned about her getting a sunburn, especially when her father takes her swimming (women, aren't we notorious for forgetting to apply sunscreen?). The hat that comes with it provides good shade for the face but makes it difficult to see, so I flip the brim up and it covers her pale scalp at the very least. It lasts a long time. The little tag on the leg that changes color depending on how much UV hits it is one of my favorite features. It was extremely beneficial. Fits perfectly; I ordered a size up to ensure that it will last beyond the summer.
Although the baby has not yet been born, I can assure you that this is a high-quality little suit! Since my daughter was a baby, I have purchased numerous sun protection bathing suits for her. I was completely satisfied the moment I removed it from the package. Very high-level The material, stitching, and zipper are all of high quality, and the zipper is very secure. It's stunning! I wish the legs were a little longer because they provide excellent sun protection. Also included is a fantastic hat. I don't need to apply sunscreen to my baby every 30 minutes. , when they're having fun in the pool. It's easy to put on, and it's comfortable. , if you start with the legs; however, getting off is not easy.
