My daughter is 3 years old, and I got it for her for just the right price. A 3T or a 4T would be right for her It's a perfect fit for a 3T. The pants have adjustable straps and are very comfortable. I don't think it's bad from an arm length perspective. The material isn't so thick that she has a difficult time bending it. The inside of my jacket is still warming up, so I am going to put another layer on underneath As of now, the suit still has some room for her to grow. The hood fits perfectly, and there are no zipper issues. The next time I order, I will.
I think this set is great. These pants are thick, warm, and didn't hinder an active toddler from running around during our first trip to Colorado. I bought them for my 3 year old son to visit Colorado's snow for the first time. Our kid loves them, and they're well made and can be taken on and off easily. They ran a bit large (on a tall skinny kid), so we still have at least one more season to wear Her most important characteristic was that she remained warm and content during a day at Pikes Peak with cold temperatures and wind chill levels negative 30.
A little bit longer, but it will work for next year as well. Lightweight and easy to wear , chubby and wears size 4t clothing. I purchased a size 4T on this and it fits well , A little longer but will work for next year as well.
There are plenty of rips and tears in the material which leaves you feeling like you'll take a trip down a steep hillside on a sled and be done with it. Columbia offered a much better set for only $5 more, which was well worth the additional fee!.
Had I not received the wrong size snow bib, this would've been a great set of snow gear. My order was for a 4t set, and I received the jacket correctly sized, but the snow bib was a size 2. Because I ordered it last minute, there was no way for me to exchange or return it. Fortunately, my daughter is on the petite side, so we were able to make Despite that, I had been disappointed that I had not received the correct set the first time. Fairly speaking, the jacket has held up well during our trip, and it is true to size. Likewise, I ordered a 5T set, which was appropriately sized and in decent condition, but the zipper was coming untied (not a big deal, just an aesthetic issue).
It is cute! The money was totally worth it. wore a few layers under this and my kids complained about having too much heat, even though getting too cold would not have been as pleasant. In keeping them warm, it did its job.
I think they are a bit large, but they are a great snow suit. You won't have to worry about them getting soaked right away, and they dry out quickly. With this suit, my daughter will be able to get at least two seasons of use out of it, so it was a better purchase than I.
It was obvious that this would be a bit big for my 2 year old, but I wanted it that way. There was snow in Big Bear, California, so it was perfect for skiing. I was able to let my toddler run around the house with this snowsuit on without worrying about him tripping. It's also worth mentioning that there was no water getting into the tent. It did not seem to bother my toddler that he was cold. The moment she outgrows this set, I'm going to get another.
