As of yet, I have not used it under those conditions, but the material isn't of high performance. If it were to drizzle lightly, it would probably do well, but I doubt much will be repelled.

Despite being an adorable picture, it seems to be true to life. However, you're not getting a true raincoat with this. Water doesn't seem to be repelling from this thing. Nylon is so thin and cheap that it looks like a The wind will also not be stopped by it.

I love the quality of this jacket, it is perfect for spring and rain

It is not only cute with its mermaid design, but the jacket is also heavy duty and I really like and appreciate its quality. You can wear it through the spring and into the rain. The book is definitely worth a read. The only thing I wish was that they came in a larger size, because I bought the biggest size they had and I like to see my daughter wearing it for a few days.
