My opinion is not favorable

I don't like the quality or materials. You cannot wear this as a spring jacket since it is a rain coat! This coat is not lined, as it appears in the picture. Besides the tag at the back and the lining in the hood, there is nothing else along those lines. Because the shirt is covered in cheap plastic, it appears to rip easily and also make my daughter sweat. Also, the size was way too large. Returned to the U. S.

I ordered a 4T for my toddler, which she wears with all of her other brands perfectly, and it is down to her knees and I had to roll the arms twice. Also, the material is thin and I doubt it will hold up.
