This is definitely one I would recommend. Having a backup was the reason for purchasing another from Amazon. In the end, I used this one for her birthday as I had returned the other one for being scratchy, because it had the headband waist with tulle tied on to it, and the waistband was TOO long for her to go all the way out of it.

Since I've purchased tutus from Amazon in the past and know the sizes tend to run bigger, I bought one from Amazon for my 7-month-old daughter. In my order, I ordered the 0-inches I ordered the 3-month size, and it fits perfectly and she can wear it for a long time. I also received it the next day it came very quickly.
