You should take the time to get to know them. It was like many others for me when I saw these and thought my daughter would never fit into them. I found these to be very large compared to many other pants, but they do shrink a little in the wash (they did for me) and they are not baggy. The pants that wrap at her ankles are such a great look for someone who lives in a state that can get cold. While other pants ride half way up her calf when she's held or kicking around in her car seat, these trousers stay up until her calf is tucked. There is enough room and length needed for these to remain in place. The best part is that they are super soft and super cute. My favorites are these because they last a lot longer than any other 0-depth shoes It is also possible to wear 3 months' pants over that because the elastic in the waistband is so flexible that it does not pinch.
