It's so full and soft. Daughter is eleven years old. 5 months old and weighing in at around 21 pounds. the 12- With a little wiggle room, 24 months fits nicely. The headband is also quite nice. Others had said the headband didn't go with the outfit, but mine did!.

THIS TUTU MAKES ME VERY HAPPY! It's incredibly plush, full, and of exceptional quality. My baby girl is 12 months old and wears a size 9 shoe. It's the perfect size for her at 12 months! I would strongly suggest it.

It was precisely what I was looking for. br> The tulle on it is very soft. br>It fits true to size. Unlike some others, it is not scratchy and rough. It was the perfect fit for my daughter, who is just under 18 pounds and wears a 12 month size. It was lovely and of excellent craftsmanship. Because of the shipping, the headband was a little squished and folded up on itself, but I was able to flatten it out enough for photos. The tutu was made of a soft, fluffy material. For a cake smash, this is ideal!.
