Because of my two-year-old daughter, I chose this shoe. While walking, a one-year-old continues to develop his gross motor skills. This was the cheapest shoe he could find with orthopedic-like support for his feet. He walks well in the shoe, enjoys running in it, etc. The only issue is that the laces are short and come undone frequently. I suppose I'll have to learn how to tie an army knot. I would, however, purchase this shoe in a variety of colors and styles. br>br>** I originally wrote this review in October 2014br>br>Now it's December 2014, and my son hasn't worn this shoe since November 2014. I'm not sure why the bottom of his shoe started to come off and he just keeps wearing it. He hardly walks at all. They remove his shoes as soon as he arrives at daycare. I attempted to repair the shoe by gluing the sole back on, but it failed because I did not use the proper adhesive. The shoes themselves are in excellent condition, but he is unable to wear them because the bottom soles of BOTH SHOES have begun to come off. As a result, I'm lowering my rating from five to one.
My son is obsessed with the color green, so green shoes are a must for him. And his feet are a bit wide, making it difficult to locate them. These, on the other hand, are ideal, and I'm willing to spend more on high-quality items. quality shoes, and these have exceeded my expectations in every way. Sturdy, comfortable, and resistant to scuffing. He adores them, and the color is just right for him.
14th of June, 2015 update - My son has only recently begun to outgrow his shoes. They've gone through a lot of trials and tribulations! He refers to them as his "fast-running shoes," and he jogs with his father every morning. This year, in these shoes, he's learned to play basketball and soccer. They are in excellent condition and can easily be passed down to another little boy, despite their slightly worn appearance. br>br>Thursday, December 28, 2014 - These are nice shoes that I got for a good price, and my 5-year-old daughter loves them and says they are comfortable. They'll be very versatile. br>The only drawback is that the shoelaces will need to be replaced because they're very short and can't be double-tied. knotted (this is especially important for little boys).
I like the shoe, but the pair we ordered from Amazon only lasted three wears by a three-year-old before the sole separated from the shoe. I've placed an order for a replacement, which I'm hoping will be of higher quality. br>br>5/15/15 Update: After two wears by a three-year-old, I received a replacement that still had the same issue. The bottom sole of the shoe began to separate near the heel area. I don't recommend this shoe because others have had similar problems.
I gave it a five-star rating because I'm glad I got a size larger for my daughter. She usually wears a size 9, but I ordered a size 10 and they fit her perfectly, as shown in the photo. As a result, I recommend purchasing these shoes for your child but ordering a size larger.
I don't go out very often, so I ordered online and received it on time. My purchase has pleased me greatly. The white pair will almost certainly be my next purchase. ThanQ!.
These are fantastic! They were a perfect fit for some of my items. He'll be able to grow into them, and they're adorable on his feet.
