It is not possible to buy a 7 in a wider size. The size 7 regular of a lady may be the same as a big kid, although I have not checked or verified this.
You should go with a 3 in these. They are actually true to size. There is also a try before you buy feature on Amazon. You've got a pretty cool feature there.
