I live in the Midwest, so I'm always on the lookout for a warm, car-seat-friendly jacket. This jacket is extremely well-made and warm. If your baby is chunky like mine, I recommend going up a size. The top is made of water-resistant material, which helped to keep my baby dry during our first snowfall. It's a lovely color that looks like it'll last a long time and is easy to care for. You will not be disappointed if you purchase this jacket.
This was a lovely coat, and we wished we could have kept it. The coat, however, was just a tad too small for a jacket we'd like to wear in the spring and fall. My son is currently 12 months old, and we recently purchased the 12-month subscription. He is in the 30th percentile for both height and weight, and this was too tight around his tummy and had slightly too long arms for him. I honestly believe he would have outgrown this coat by the time spring arrived and it was no longer necessary. br>The jacket was of excellent quality and weight! If you decide to buy, you will not be disappointed. If you want a coat that will work for both seasons, I recommend buying both the size you think you need and one size larger so you can try them on. br>I would have given this jacket 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that it runs small.
This is an excellent jacket that is both warm and lightweight, making it ideal for warmer winter days, as well as cooler spring and summer days. The fit is a little tight. I got the 18-year-old. Arm length is great and even too long to grow, but overall jacket is snug and doesn't leave much room for thicker clothing (24 mon for my 14 month old and will need the larger size). The following is a valuable lesson: 1 size larger.
This jacket is a little long all around for a 13-month-old (18 pounds), but it's not too big or bulky. We were able to layer a long sleeve shirt underneath this jacket, but you wouldn't be able to wear a hoodie or other jacket underneath. I would recommend looking at the sizing chart on Columbia's website and going by child's weight and height rather than age in months to pick the correct size.
We like it, but it's a little tighter than we'd like, but it's still snug enough to keep us safe in car seats.
This coat is absolutely stunning. It's attractive and made of durable materials. I purchased the deep blush shade and am extremely pleased with it. Despite the fact that my daughter is almost eight months old, I purchased the 18-month package. Her size is a 24 month. It was a good fit after I rolled up the sleeves. For her age, I believe she is a little tall. I'm tempted to get it in a variety of colors because it's so perfect for fall and spring. Finding a high-quality hooded coat took a long time.
This is exactly what I needed for my 5-month-old baby. I'm not sure if this will fit him when he's 12 months old, but it'll do for now! Also excellent in terms of quality.
