There are no reviews that do not say "measure. " Unfortunately, I am a tired parent and my child is sleeping, so I just want to buy I went big because I had no special occasion planned. A pretty good fit for the pants - I was expecting them to be a bit larger but they are smaller. It is the ankle that causes the most concern since it is almost completely fixed. This makes it frustrating to try and get a toddler on. The cuffs could have been stretchy, though, and I would have bought 5 more Although the fabric is thin, it is comfortable These pants are great to wear in the spring and autumn, but definitely not for winter.

The 18 month size is a little big, but totally wearable and he will grow into them. The size is a little big, but my son is 30" and 23 pounds, so I ordered the 18 month size.
