The baby isn't here yet, so I can't tell how true the sizing is to the actual baby, but I know that they feel really comfortable and have a good amount of stretch, so I'm sure they'd be close. They are awesome! I am super happy with them. My son will be comfy and cute in these as well as the cute little design.
