Would these be suitable for a baby of two months?

I believe so; I purchased them for my four-month-old daughter and she loved them.

Is it true that these shoes are waterproof? For outdoor play in day care, my one-year-old requires a soft, water-resistant shoe?

NO, FOR WATERPROOFING, YOU WILL REQUIRE RUBBER BOOTS.

Are the soles of the shoes made of natural rubber, latex, or synthetic rubber?

I'm not sure what happened, but the rubber soles on my daughter's shoes "melted" and rubbed off on everything.

For accurate sizing, take a measurement of your child's foot

Instead of just saying size 3 or 4, I had to physically measure the bottom of my daughter's foot to ensure I got an accurate size. Don't go by their sizing (ie 9-10) on this product. 12 month) because it is completely meaningless. You'll be pleased with the fit if you take the time to measure your child's foot. br>They were extremely tight on my daughter. It's a fantastic pair of water shoes. They also stretch, so my daughter can still wear them comfortably even though her foot has grown a little. They have a cute look to them. br>The reason I gave four stars instead of five is that they are not designed to be worn on asphalt or concrete, which makes them difficult to wear to pools and water parks. The material in the toes had worn out in less than 24 hours after being worn on concrete (see photo). The second issue is with the insoles. Every time you put on or take off the shoe, they fall out and shift, which becomes irritating. I eventually had to just take the insoles out, and they still work fine—the rubber bottoms keep her feet safe from hot ground and rocks.

We bought these for my one-year-old's first pair of shoes. The ground is scorching hot here, and he enjoys running around outside, but all of his other footwear was too cumbersome. These are his absolute favorites! Acts as if they're not there and doesn't try to take them off. They're also incredibly simple to wear. He's notoriously difficult to dress, but these are a breeze to put on. This is an excellent purchase!.
