It worked.
That's great.
I like that it works.
I don't recommend this company at all. One minute they shut off my phone in the middle of the night, the next they turned it back on. I was told that I needed a different sim card (which I was unable to buy in my area) even though I had been using that same sim card for over 6 months without an issue. contacted the customer service department to inquire about a fix the only recommendations I received were to contact the refund department. I had completed 1 week of my phone plan when it was suddenly cut Even though I fought their customer service for over an hour and talked to every supervisor I could find, they still refused to give me a refund. You may find that it costs a little more money, but never buy prepaid! They have an overseas call center and no one will I made the smart choice to switch providers after three years as a customer of theirs. There is absolutely no customer service here and they run a poorly run Make sure you don't make the same mistake I did! There is no good in this company or in any of the employees!.
I would never do business with them.
In addition to switching from Verizon to T-Mobile, we added a new line for our kids. We plan to move our phones to T-Mobile shortly, which means slightly slower data but a lot more data for less money.
I received exactly what I wanted in a short period of time.
