The light is cool out of the box, but once you plug it in and go through the settings, it will become stuck on one color and the buttons will become completely unresponsive, requiring you to unplug it from the wall outlet and re-plug it. It can only be used at about a third of its maximum brightness before shutting down. If you use the light as it comes out of the box, you'll have a lot of problems. To get the light to work, I had to use a USB hub that was powered by 12 volts. This light will not work with a standard USB wall plug (such as a cell phone charger). It works fine if you have a dedicated powered USB hub, but not if you don't. This light is a pain in the neck.
The quality of this ring light has blown me away. My expectations were blown out of the water. It was simple to put together the ring light. Total time was about 5 minutes. The stand is fully adjustable, and in the video I included, it is set to the shortest setting. The light has too many settings to count and grows to be around 6 feet tall and stable when fully extended. The photos I took with it had excellent lighting and were easily adjustable for the perfect shot. There are three phone holders in total, each of which is adjustable and movable for taking photos or live-streaming with your phone. A wireless remote that connects to your phone via Bluetooth is included, allowing you to get the perfect shot without anyone noticing it's a selfie. The light connects to a laptop or other device via USB, making it easy to transport for shoots. A mini tripod was included in the box, along with a phone holder that can be screwed in either vertically or horizontally to the tripod, making it ideal for photographing flowers or insects. This was a great product for the price, and I'll be recommending it to my friends, family, and other photographers and vloggers I know. In one box, you'll find everything you'll need for a variety of applications. Again, this is a very sturdy product that can be customized in nearly every way. I can't think of a single flaw or thing I would change.

I bought this for my daughter because she's always wanted one. She was ecstatic! I wouldn't recommend it if you're planning on using it for videos. The light emits an obnoxious high-pitched noise when turned on at full brightness and in all colors. It's serviceable, and I'm too lazy to return it, but I wouldn't purchase it again. It's definitely cool and worth it if you want to take pictures.
My purchase has exceeded my expectations. A smaller tabletop tripod and a larger tripod that stands on the floor are included with this light. To be completely honest, I have yet to use this item in any official video recording situation. However, based solely on the unboxing and preliminary examination, I am confident that this product is a fantastic value. There are SO MANY different colors and patterns to choose from, and it's completely customizable in terms of color, brightness, warmth, flashing speeds, and so on. I'm looking forward to using it. I don't have any experience with it in terms of durability, stability, or other factors, but it doesn't feel flimsy in the least, and the tripod and remote options are also very useful.
