Although the light itself is amazing, the suction cup (that is the main reason I ordered this light) does not work with Attaching it and watching it fall takes less than two minutes.

With the tripod, I can attach the light directly to the back of my laptop using the suction cup mount. I can make many of my calls from my phone, but when I'm out with my laptop, I can attach the light directly to the back of my laptop with the tripod. A great idea, I must say.
