1. Please note Almost all smartphones that have a USB 3.0 port are compatible with this microphone. The audio input jack on the phone is 5mm. A smartphone running a version of Apple's iOS 3 or above is required. In our package, we include a 3.5mm to 5mm headphone converter adapter. The round button on the tripod should be pressed to adjust the angle if you would like to adjust the direction of your recording. It is not a good idea to rotate the tripod head directly it can cause it to loosen if done several times. PLEASE NOTE The price does not include smartphones, cameras, camcorders, etc.

The mic is awesome! I love it! Mics are a part of the audio industry every day, so it's no surprise I have to deal with them every day. I am picky about my mic, so I need it to be good value for money. With this mic, I can do everything I need in a small package, and it is inexpensive. I've performed several tests with it and I'm happy with the sound quality. A 3 foot distance away, I can still hear the sound clearly. With a price like that, I cannot ask for anything I'm very happy with the result.

The microphone does not work and there are no instructions on how to test it. I don't know what to do. It was a bad instruction. The customer service line is unanswered when you call. I'm calling back.
