Is it possible to insert a dual SIM holder into an iPhone 11 with a single SIM holder?

If it is an iPhone 11 Pro, or even an iPhone 11 Pro Max, then it must be either of those models. My iPhone 11 Pro Max did not work with this app. It is the only solution to have two SIM cards a digital SIM card and an actual SIM card.

This is a rip I waited for weeks only to discover the wrong tray was being delivered and I had to change the phone because the tray didn't hold the SIM card in place
