They attached the phone strap to one of their own clear Rinke cases, which has slots on each side for the strap's connecting string in the product photos. It can be attached to any phone case or id layard with a slot through which the straps string can pass and connect. I already owned a Rinke case, which I use with this strap. I hope this information is useful.

This is necessary because I always put my phone down, whether on the ground (while unlocking my bike lock, I put it down and forgot about it) or in my bag. I got it back a few days later at the police station with a broken screen), in the grass at a park (had to drive back to the park because I forgot to pick it up before I left), or on my moped (went flying off while I was driving away not realizing I put it on the moped, and a homeless man returned it to me after he found it on the road a few hours later). No joke) or on a convenience store shelf (Walmart, while trying to grab something off a high shelf, I set the phone down, realized I didn't have it 10 minutes later, and a Walmart employee chased me down to hand it to me). I've misplaced my phone so many times, only to remember that I put it down somewhere and couldn't remember where I put it. As a result, this strap has been a blessing in my life. I'm forgetful and a little disorganized. This will alleviate my anxiety and stress over losing my phone. This was an excellent buy. No, I can't put it in my pocket because it's fallen out of my back pocket several times while riding my moped and once while riding a rented bicycle. And the front pocket is ineffective because it is inconvenient and difficult to remove from a front pocket while seated.
My new Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra is a fantastic phone, but it's too long to fit in my shirt pocket. I needed a lanyard to keep it from crashing to the ground, and this fits the bill perfectly.
I bought the strap to go with a Catalyst brand impact protection case for the iPhone 12 Pro Max, which will be released soon. I haven't been able to use the phone yet because it hasn't been released, but the strap appears to be sturdy and should fulfill my requirements. I wish it was just a smidgeon narrower to be more discreet.
My mother insisted on using a lanyard with the phone (as we had previously been able to do). It took a long time to find a case that would work with a lanyard, so I went with the Ringke Onyx. The only one I could find with notches on the case was this one. This lanyard, made by the same company Ringke, was ideal because it could be worn around your neck or expanded to serve as a shoulder strap. To thread it through the notches, you'll have to click the snaps at the end. It functions properly, and I am pleased with my purchase.
The strap is long and adjustable, and it does exactly what it says it will.

I like the replaceable band I got for my purse because it's soft, adjustable, and comfortable to wear around my shoulder.
