I used to have an older pair that only connected on the right side, but this newer version allows you to use either the left or right earbud independently.
The sound is fine for just listening to music, but watching videos with a latency of (I'm guessing here) is a different story. After about 25 seconds, it becomes noticeable and irritating to watch. There's a slight lag between someone's mouth moving and the sound catching up in some videos. I bought it to listen to music and watch videos, but I think I'll just use it for music because it's so cheap.
For an additional $10, you can get Cloudfoam tips. These are extremely well-fitting and sound fantastic. Also, don't just stick your earbuds in your ears. Twist towards the back/inside of your ear after pushing it in. Also, if you use the earbuds' optional rubber lining, you'll get a more secure fit. Now, I've only used these while sitting at my desk and walking, but they don't seem to be going away anytime soon.
Bluetooth-enabled devices are compatible with them. Yes, they are compatible with Android devices. I'm not sure what you're asking about Amazon Alexa.

I have Apple AirPods, which I love, but I have one of those ear canals that is too large for them. They don't fit very well, and I was tired of them falling out, so I needed something else; here's a comparison to AirPods. 1. br>br> Sound: Both have a fantastic sound, in my opinion. The sound is better for me now that the Jlabs have customizable tips because the seal is tighter and I don't have to re-adjust as often. The bass on this track is excellent. The volume is evenly distributed throughout. 2. br>br>1. br>br>br>br>br>br Pairing: Nothing compares to the simplicity of pairing AirPods with an iPhone or iPad if you have iOS. However, once you've figured out how to pair the Jlabs, they're pretty good. They take a few seconds longer to pair with your phone once you open the case, but once they do, they do so automatically. AirPods, understandably, are better at switching between phones and iPads or other Apple devices. 3. br>br>4. br>br>5. br>br>6. Fit - Jlab gives you more options, as I previously stated. I despise the way AirPods are designed to be worn. I went for a run with the Jlabs and failed miserably. The situation is not ideal. I believe I will need to replace the tips. Because the Jlabs are a little top heavy in the ear, jogging may cause them to fall out. I'm going to experiment with various ideas. 4. br>br> Case - Apple comes out on top. The Jlab case is adequate, but I'm not sure why it is so large. You can put it in your pocket, but it is large and bulging, making it unsuitable for carrying in your pants pocket. 5. br>br> Range - Jlab's range is roughly half of that of Jlab. It makes no difference to me because I don't keep my phone too far away from my headphones. 6. br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br> Battery - Even though it isn't as good as the original, it is still very good. Depending on how attentive you are, a single charge of the case can last for days. 7. br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br> Price - Jlab is a lot less expensive. The benefits of the AirPods don't seem to be worth the extra $100. br>br>I'd strongly suggest these. If I had to do it all over again, I would forego the AirPods in favor of these, which are significantly less expensive.
[ADDITIONAL INFORMATION] Before buying, I read a lot of reviews, and because these headphones were new, there were only a few when I decided to go for it. I've used other jlab earbuds before and liked them, but these are truly exceptional. br>The earbuds are lightweight, comfortable, and functional. The range is adequate, the controls are simple to use, and the charging station is compact and convenient. The charging cable (though it is a little awkwardly placed) and the functionality were both appealing to me. br>br>They can get quite loud, and the equalizer has three different settings. Although I prefer the original "signature," I continue to experiment with various musical styles. br>br>These are fantastic for $50. EDIT: br>br> br>After a few MONTHS (February 2019), I am in love with these. They never run out of battery because they charge in the case, and it's easy to see when the case needs to be charged, so you're never caught off guard by dead earbuds. I charge mine once a week, sometimes twice a week, and despite having a few other Bluetooth headphones, these are the ones I use every day for short periods of time (e. g. commuting, lunch, and working out at the gym). Calls are fine, but they only work on the right side (as the manual states). The touch controls are simple and convenient, and they never fall, despite my fears. Without the silicone band, they're more comfortable. Because they loosen up with impact (e. g. , when running/working out), I only wear them when I'm running or working out. Rope jumping). For the price, this is a good buy.
I believe JLab hit a home run with this one, as stated by the first reviewer. I just received mine today, and they were already halfway charged and ready to use right out of the box. Without fiddling with the EQUALIZER settings, the sound quality is clear but bass heavy. The factory setting, dubbed signature sound, is the best sound for me. The earbuds are very light in my ears and have a very comfortable fit. I did, however, use the larger size ear tips because I prefer to keep as much of the outside world out as possible. So far, the connection has been flawless, and they can also be quite loud. However, for $50, you really can't go wrong for the value you're getting. I recently placed an order for the Earin M-. I bought two for $250, and I'm hoping they're at least as good as these in terms of sound quality. So, I hope this review was helpful in deciding on your next wireless earbud purchase.
