Questions & Answers

Is there a Multi Point feature that allows you to connect to two devices at once?

Thank you for your inquiry! Two devices cannot be connected to the JBL Live 300 at the same time.br>br>If you have any questions about the product, please contact one of our Product Specialists at support.jbl.com. com. Depending on your availability, you can contact them via email or live chat. I hope this has provided you with some insight into your query.

Is it supposed to come with ear pieces that can be adjusted in size, because I didn't get any?

Ear tips and wingfans were also not included in my package. Even though JBL comments say to contact JBL customer service, they won't help you if you didn't buy them from the JBL website, which is ridiculous.

Is Noise Canceling Technology available on these?

Thank you for your inquiry. Noise cancellation is not available with the Live 300 earbuds. br>World Wide Stereo has been in business for 41 years and is a proud authorized JBL dealer.

Are they superior to the Galaxy Buds Plus?

Yes, much better, in my opinion. They have a lower volume and a higher volume. They also have an equalizer app that allows you to customize your sound.

You can't get much better for $150 than these
4/5

When I first got these, I was curious to see how they compared to the Galaxy Buds, which were just released recently. When I first put them on, I noticed that they fit well and felt just like the buds, and that they were simple to set up and only took a few minutes. However, if you get these, I HIGHLY recommend getting the app and tweaking the EQ because the sound improves dramatically. The difference in volume between these and the Buds is night and day, and with a little tweaking, the bass can sound even better. There are a few drawbacks now. br>br> For one thing, the battery isn't as good as the buds, and the case could be smaller, but I appreciate that they didn't go the glossy route like Samsung. Which of these should you choose? The battery life is the only deciding factor in my opinion; it all boils down to whether you really need that extra battery life or not. Personally, these are replacing my Buds because they sound better and I don't need the extra battery life most of the time. br>br>JBL did a good job, but I think battery life could be improved next time.

JBL outdid themselves with these, making them superior to the competition
5/5

The bass is loud, clear, and has a slight boom to it, but it isn't distorted. The bass does not detract from the mids and highs in any way. The midrange is clear and precise. Like the highs, this track is very clean. I'm able to pick up on very fine details that I wasn't aware of before. These are fantastic, as is the battery life; I listened to them for 7 hours in the garage at full volume with the bass turned up. I was able to sleep for a little more than 7 hours straight. (Hatebreed, for those who are interested) I had no dropouts, and the furthest I got from my phone was about 20 feet. These are comfortable and secure in the ear. The touch controls are a work of art. They work, and you don't have to put the buds in your ear to get them to work. By brushing them against my shoulder, I've never accidentally activated anything. You must be deliberate in your actions. The ambient awareness and conversation flow beautifully. However, I am unable to distinguish between the two modes. I can carry on a conversation while listening to music at a low volume and hear everything as if I weren't wearing earbuds. There is an app for these, which you should use with these. That's how you get all of these benefits, and it makes a big difference. The app is easy to use and works exceptionally well. The ability to create custom EQ and presets is fantastic. The charging case has a solid feel to it. I like how simply opening the lid initiates the pairing process, so you're connected before you even put the buds in your ears. These are fantastic buds, and I prefer them to Air Pods of any kind, including Sabbit T12/E12, SkullCandy Push, Enacfire F1, and all others. These are an excellent bargain at $99! These are on par with $300 pairs in my opinion. They're a bargain even at their regular price of $150.

I put in a lot of effort to get this to work
3/5

On the plus side, the sound quality for music is unquestionably superior to my $18 bluetooth earbud. I didn't hear much of a difference in terms of voice. On the downside, there are numerous issues. br>- For starters, the left earbud I received appears to have a broken microphone.
- People also commented on how distant and muffled my voice was.
- They won't charge if you don't put the earbuds in the case exactly right, which is difficult to do.
- Even though I was within 3-foot of the earbuds, they abruptly stopped playing audio twice. With a clear line of sight, I was within 8 feet of the device to which I was connected.
- I installed the JBL headphones app and updated the firmware on the buds, but the software proved to be extremely finicky and difficult to use. Also, you cannot switch between "Talk-On" and "Talk-Off" while on the phone. "Ambient aware" and "through" are two phrases that come to mind. When I did, I set it to "talk-to" mode. Before making a call, the software would stop highlighting the "Talk-through" option. The earbud remained in "talk-through" mode despite the fact that the "talk-through" button was pressed. During the call, I used the phrase "through"
- The touch control feature on the earbuds was finicky and difficult to get to work.
- When I'm on my phone, I'm in the "Talk-" mode and I'm listening to audio. The audio listening volume drops to a low level when you're in "through" mode, and it can't be raised much if at all. This appears to be a software bug of some kind. br>- The earbuds have poor noise isolation, and people I was talking to could clearly hear ambient noises around me, even when I tried to set them to "talk-only" mode. br>- Previously, you were in "through" mode. br>- Previously, you were in " Despite adjusting the size of the earbud tips I used, they do not go very deep into the ear, and I had trouble keeping the earbuds in my ears. I switched to third-party flanged tips, which helped with that problem and improved noise isolation a little, but had a negative impact on music sound quality. br>br>I was disappointed because I had spent so much time researching my bluetooth earbud options and had hoped for something better. Returning after giving up.
