Questions & Answers
I've used them on several occasions during calls and have been very pleased with their performance. I was mowing the lawn once upon a time. I could clearly hear the caller because the lawn mower was still running (idling), and the caller had no trouble hearing me.
Yes, you can remove one of the earbuds from the charging case and connect it to your phone.
Mics are available on both sides. Please clean the ear cap as there may be a foreign body in the sound hole. Also, double-check that your right earbud is connected to your left earbud; if it isn't, turn off Bluetooth and reconnect the earbuds to your phone. Please contact our customer service team if you have any questions.
Apple Watch is compatible with the majority of our wireless earbuds. Make the switch to Bluetooth 5. Most of our earbuds, such as the BE1032, are fully compatible with this technology.

These were purchased for my wife, who enjoys a wide range of music from hip hop to electronic dance music (EDM). She also watches a lot of tutorial videos on the internet, which are perfect for her. Despite the fact that I expected them to be mediocre due to their low price, I was completely blown away when I tried them. The mids were crystal clear, and the punchy lows were nicely separated. The sound quality is further enhanced by the excellent isolation. To be honest, I'm so taken aback that I'm returning my Powerbeats pro and replacing them with a pair of these. I've worked as an audio engineer for decades and own my own studio, so I'm familiar with audio and small speaker limitations. Having said that, I didn't expect these to sound as good as they do. br>br>We also tested the call quality, which was satisfactory; however, we haven't had them for long enough to comment on the battery life; however, I did contact the company about another issue, and they were extremely responsive, so I'm confident they will honor their warranty. br>br>Add these to your list of things to think about and try out!.
UPDATE: These have been in my possession for about a month, and the more I use them, the worse they become. The charging is erratic. When I took them out of the charger this morning, I discovered that the right one was charged while the left one was dead. This isn't the first time, and the connectivity is perhaps even more erratic. They've been randomly connecting when I'm connected to another device, or they'll connect in the middle of a call when I'm on the phone. It's a fun game in some ways: Do they have any charges against them? Let's see if they can make it work. These wireless headphones are decent. br>br> They aren't particularly innovative or noteworthy in any way. The sound quality is adequate, but the construction is shaky. The case/charger is a nice touch, but it appears to be fragile; make sure they're perfectly seated on the charging posts before using. I've put them on after a charge only to discover that only one of them has been charged. At $40, it's a little pricey.
They're quite comfortable, and the bass is of high quality. Because I haven't used the microphone yet, I can't speak for it. From Beats to AirPods, I have more than 20 different types of headphones. By far the best bang for your buck! Another reviewer claims that the range is poor, but I can leave my phone in the kitchen and it will work in my room on the opposite side of the house, which is about 25 feet away and separated by two walls.
These headphones are ok; the ear loops that go over your ears are too big for me and are constantly slipping off and pulling the headphone out when I run or ride my bike; they have this weird setting where if you turn them off and put them in the case, they turn on as soon as you take them out of the case; I don't like that setting; I prefer knowing I have turned them on and off; the battery on the headphones is ok; it lasts maybe 3-hours; and the battery 4 hours, but the case, in comparison to other headphones I've had in the past, such as the iwalks, doesn't seem to hold a charge very well, and I find myself charging them frequently even when I haven't used them much. This may be exacerbated by the fact that the headphones have an auto-on feature, which means that if they aren't fully seated or if they are de-seated, they will automatically turn on. When they are seated from the two metal prongs in the case, they turn on and one headphone dies, so I have to charge just that one headphone again, which is probably why I haven't gotten as much use out of other headphones in the past.
When I first saw these headphones, I was drawn to the design, the softness of the silicone, and the fact that the silicones could be changed. When my wife wants to go to the gym, she uses fuchsia silicones, and I use gray silicones. br>br>I love that I can interchange the silicones of different sizes. br>br>the sound is excellent, it has a good range, and my wife and I share these headphones, so it's like two pairs. However, there is only one of them. br>br>The battery life is fantastic, the sound is fantastic, and I am completely smitten with these new gadgets.
The controls on these headphones are very straightforward and simple, which is fantastic. When I use them, I like that you have to press down to change functions because my music is never interrupted by the slightest brush of my hair. However, I brought these with the expectation of being able to adjust the wrap-around part to fit around my ear and keep them in place. You can't do it. Because they're made of a soft jelly material, they move around a lot, causing the ear bud to fall out! As if that weren't bad enough, the sound quality is off the charts! The sound has a strange muffled quality to it, as if you're listening to music while wearing earplugs. When listening to music with a deeper bass, the sound distortion is very noticeable. Overall, I don't think these are worth it.
I'm not sure if this pair is just a defective pair or what, but I don't have any. After reading the rave reviews, I was very eager to get my hands on these. However, when I received these, fully charged them, and paired them with my Samsung Galaxy S7, I was extremely disappointed with the sound quality; I was only getting top ends, very little mid, and no bass. I assumed it was due to the fact that my S7 was a Bluetooth 4 device. Bluetooth 5 was one of the two. 0 so I connected them to a Bluetooth 5 iPhone 8 plus. The results were the same with a value of 0 and with a value of 1. I contacted customer service in the hopes of receiving a response. I liked the build, but I can't listen to these because they're way too low-budget, even for the price. Please contact the customer service department.
They don't appeal to me!.
