It's possible, but with a 20 Ah battery, the process would be slow.
I was unable to obtain one. They're quite heavy, and I'm not sure I'd want one.
When all of the lights are turned on at the same time, the battery is fully charged. If the light continues to blink, the device is still charging.
I can't say for sure, but if the heated vest you're considering has a USB port, I'm guessing it will work.

So I went out and bought another for my son, who is always on the go and needs to charge his phone and iPad. I decided to buy the 20Ah version because of his need for multiple charges throughout the day, as well as the larger battery found in the iPad, and I was not disappointed. With a brushed aluminum housing and a solid feel, the build quality is excellent. This power bank's inclusion of two USB ports is appealing to me. Two output ports allow you to charge two devices at the same time. It also comes with a USB port. This is a C port that can be used to reinstall software. charge the bank (input) as well as any number of new phones that come with a USB port (output). (Hello, Apple, are you listening?) C port The 20Ah power bank is slightly thicker and heavier than the 10Ah version due to its larger capacity, but it has a similar overall footprint. This isn't a big deal for me, but if you only need it once in a while and want something smaller, this could be an issue. If you're looking for something a little lighter, the 10Ah version is the way to go. You won't be disappointed with either; they're both excellent products at an excellent price. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase once again.
The Tozo PB1 20000 power bank is large enough to charge the iPad 6 and 7 twice. For those of you who are more familiar with phones, 20000 should be plenty to cover many current phones four times over, if not more. For example, the large iPhone 12 Max pro I found has a rating of under 4,000 mah, which means it should last about five full cycles. While you could theoretically fit this into large pants pockets, that may not be practical on a daily basis, if you're looking for extended life for a variety of USB chargeables, this is a great option, especially for the price! It has been successfully used by this reviewer during an extended power outage, without which I would not be writing this review right now.
This product is incredible in terms of value, especially if you have type C cords. With a capacity of 20000 mAh, you can charge your phone at least 5 times, and the type c pd plug allows for quick charging, so you can plug it in and go without having to keep it plugged in all the time. The battery can be charged using either a type c plug for fast charging or a micro b plug for regular charging. In addition to the type c plug, there are two USB ports on the side of the pack for those who don't have type c cords, allowing multiple devices to be charged at the same time. br>br>A four-light blinker on the side of the pack indicates the amount of battery. br>br>The only disadvantage is the weight, which is standard for the amount of mAh it contains. When you're not used to carrying a lot of things, a pound battery can be quite heavy. This battery, on the other hand, is large and heavy enough to injure someone, so it can be used as a self-defense weapon if necessary XD.
This is without a doubt the best portable charger I've ever bought. It was well worth it! This charger has a fantastic battery life and can charge my iPhone 11 twice before it needs to be charged again, yes, TWICE. What's more, it can charge multiple devices at the same time, thanks to the charger's two USB ports and a USB-C port. The only disadvantage of this product is that it is quite heavy when compared to other chargers that I have used in the past, but it more than makes up for it with its incredible battery life. I usually only carry this charger when I have a bag with me or when I am in the car, simply because it is a little bigger and heavier than the average portable charger. But, on the other hand, I don't like stuffing my pockets with a lot of stuff. br>As a long-time user of Tozo products, I can confidently recommend them and all of their products to anyone thinking about purchasing them.
The Tozo PB1 is a great choice if you need a lot of power and fast charging, and it has a very similar minimalist design to the Tozo WB1 (10Ah), which I love, with no unnecessary extra buttons or display that could break. br>br>I was able to charge my Samsung Galaxy S10 in about an hour using the QC ports. This device can charge my phone five times before it runs out of juice. br>br>It isn't the most portable or compact power bank on the market. It's twice the weight and thickness of the WB1, so it's not as easy to stow away in a pocket, and the weight is noticeable. The Nintendo Switch is the best application for this power bank, as it runs out of juice in under two hours. Play time is 3 hours. The PB1 is ideal for road trips, as it allows my children to play their Switch without running out of juice. This has now been designated as the Switch's power bank.
I have a number of small portable chargers from when I used to go to the beach or other places and was worried about running out of battery power; now that we are spending more time outside, I've been looking for a new charger that was fast and could provide multiple charges (for both my and my wife's phones) without needing to be charged. This Tozo device appears to meet the criteria, with the exception of one major disadvantage: its weight. br>br>The charger can be charged in a variety of ways, including via USB. C (which means I can charge the battery quickly by plugging it into a USB C charger from my MacBook Pro). Any device that accepts a USB-C cable can be charged twice with this charger. There's a connection (cables not included) that can charge multiple devices at once, as well as a USB Mini port (also known as USB B) that can charge the battery. br>br>The weight is a major disadvantage. This battery is heavier than most I've tried in recent years, and it's comparable to a 4-year-old (slow) charger. For some, the weight might be a deal breaker, as I wouldn't put this in my pocket for a long trip (beach, hiking, etc. ). However, if you have a briefcase or suitcase, it will most likely suffice for those long meetings when there isn't an outlet nearby.
