Questions & Answers

What is the best way for me to obtain just the battery? The wall charger is something I already have. ?

I don't believe you can buy the battery separately; you might be able to get it from a third-party seller, but that isn't something I would recommend. Many people who have issues with purchased products, I believe, purchase them from third-party sellers to save money. I have a lot of Anker gear and have never had a problem with any of it.

Is it possible to recharge this battery pack with a solar charger?

Solar panels can be used to power this. In full January sun in southern Florida, I was able to charge this half-way in about 3 hours using my 100watt foldable panels with a USBc PD port. It's only 18 watts, but it'll do the job if you're camping, outdoors, or on a boat and don't have access to an ac outlet. I haven't tried the USB A 24 watt QC ports yet, but I'm guessing they're a bit faster.

Will this powerbank support Samsung's "super fast charging 2" feature on the Note 10? 0" (45w) 0" (45w) 0" (45 ?

Anker is the first company to release a USB-C charger
4/5

A powerful C PD laptop battery! I've been waiting for Anker to release a battery with sufficient USB ports for over a year. While I was using it, I used the C output to charge my 2017 Macbook Pro 13. My previous battery had a maximum output of 15 watts, which was insufficient to offset usage in most situations. The system uses 31- on my MBP13 with screen brightness at 100% and both CPUs running at 100% the system uses 31- on my MBP13 with screen brightness at 100% and both CPUs running% This battery can now charge it thanks to 34 watts of power! I drained the laptop battery to 38% and tested the power input

After two weeks, the product was found to be defective
4/5

This charger is one of my favorites, and I have the 30W version. But I needed one that could provide enough power to charge a 45W USB-C device. Devices starting with the letter C I only recharged it five times during my two-week use. When I tried to charge the "power bank" with the supplied power supply, it wouldn't charge. I checked the supplied power supply and it charges my phone and laptop on its own, so I'm assuming it's a problem with the power supply. br>br>Amazon has dispatched a replacement for me. I'm hoping this replacement is as dependable as my nearly year-old 30W model. br>br>For the price, you'd expect some level of dependability.

I was let down
3/5

It quickly depletes after a week or so, as other purchasers have stated. It worked fine for the first two uses, but after that, it quickly depleted within two hours of being plugged into my Lenovo laptop (even when it was in battery saving mode/airplane mode and I wasn't doing any compute-intensive tasks). br>br>I'm going back to look for another Power Bank that can last. I'm still a big fan of Anker, but this one disappointed me.

The Nintendo Switch is a gaming console developed by Nintendo
5/5

This will charge a Nintendo Switch in dock mode, according to my research. I used a USB flash drive to store my data. Instead of using a traditional dock, GZZ created a C to HDMI converter. This allows me to keep a battery bank and a USB charger on hand. In the travel case from Skull, you'll find a c dock, as well as an HDMI cord. co. br>Now you can have a portable gaming station that doesn't require 110v power. Anker, you did a fantastic job!.

The jury is still out when it comes to the Anker 30W A1375
4/5

15th of May, 20th of May, 20th of May, 20th of May, 20 I gave it an extra star because of the pleasant surprise customer service I received, which included Anker sending me another A1376. Despite the previously mentioned points, this charger is still a beast that will conquer all reasonable portable electronic charging needs. Separately from this product, I've since purchased Anker cords and a smaller charger for another device, and all appears to be well at this time.
- br>UPDATE ON 1/25/20: After more testing and feedback from Anker Customer Support, I've raised my rating from 2 to 3 stars. Support advised that I unplug the USB-C cable. When not charging a phone, use a C to lightning cable from the A1376, according to reports, because the chip in the cable can cause the power bank to slowly drain (unlike when using a USB-C cable). A is connected to a lightning cable. In a test situation, I was able to charge my iPhone 8 Plus to the advertised capacity (with either cable)- I'm at about 6 full charges at the moment. I'm still docking two stars because the LED indicator is still noticeably brighter than its predecessor, the A1375 (30W), and the LED indicator does not provide as accurate a meter reading as the A1375. So, I'd still consider recommending this model, but keep in mind that it differs from the A1375 (30W) model in a few ways. The A1376 is not an A1375 with increased power input and output capabilities. If anything changes, I'll let you know. In addition, I appreciate Anker Customer Support's prompt response to my initial two-part inquiry. a 5-star rating
- br>br>I bought this Anker PowerCore 26800 PD 45W (A1376) because of the updated output specs and because I was very happy with the previous Anker PowerCore 26800 PD 30W (A1375) predecessor (which is still working fine). br>br>Unfortunately, I'm currently evaluating whether or not the A1376 I received is functioning properly- It doesn't appear to be supplying the number/amount of charges I get on the A1375 (or the number it claims to be able to do). Despite the fact that it appeared to take a full charge (using the supplied cable and 60W wall charger in just over 3 hours), I was only able to charge an iPhone 8 Plus for four nights in a row (using an Anker USB-C charger). I bought a C to Lightning cable separately) with a remaining phone battery charge of 37-45%. 50% prior to plugging it into the A1376 for the night before the A1376's meter indicated it was depleted (via a single flashing LED) It couldn't even get close to the 6 full charges it was supposed to be capable of. I'm now running a second test on the A1376, this time with the standard USB-C cable. A to Lightning cable (included with iPhone) to see if there is a difference in battery life or number of charges. br>br>Aside from the apparent battery life issue, the LED meter does not perform as well as the one on the A1375. That is, when I tested charging with the Anker USB-C cable. The meter on the A1376-C to Lightning cable did not update live. It also didn't update when I turned off the phone in the morning (i. e. , it still had the same number of LEDs as when I plugged it in to charge it). The LED meter didn't update until I plugged it into the phone for the next (partial) charge. Following that, a swarm of LED lights descended. Surprisingly, in the current test using the USB-C port, The A1375 is still showing all ten LEDs after a second night of charging with an A to Lightning cable? I'll admit that I've only ever used a USB flash drive. I use a to Lightning cable to charge my iPhones with my Anker A1375, so I can't compare the number of charges between the A1375 and its USB-C counterpart. Regardless, only four partial charges of an iPhone 8 Plus using the USB-C PD port does not appear to be up to spec for the A1376. Apart from the issues mentioned above, the meter LEDs are significantly brighter than those on the A1375-B. br>br> So much so that I now have to turn the batter over on the nightstand, which I didn't have to do with the A1375. It's possible that this is due to a difference in the LEDs required, as the A1376 also has a green LED to indicate trickle charging. In any case, the LED meter on the A1375 was an unexpected and unwelcome change. br>br>Given the excellent performance and reliability I've had with Anker in the past, I've been a little disappointed with the A1376's performance thus far-- Especially considering the high price I paid for it. When I finish my second USB-based test, I'll let you know how it went. I may have to contact customer service (first time for an Anker product) about the A to Lightning cable. I'll keep this review up to date as new information becomes available.
