Having read some of the reviews, I purchased the case in the hopes that they were false. The mistake I made was my own. The case I purchased was made in July 2020, but just now I noticed that it does not make a connection to the chargers, so my phone cannot fully charge. There is evidence that the charging case failed as described in reviews. There was no way to contact the reseller, and there was no way to reach the 1-800 number It was a hoax to claim a year of warranty. I was able to work with Amazon corporate thanks to their incredible customer service. Neither the reseller nor the company products are recommended by me.

This product was sent to me for testing, and I am leaving a 5-star review I give it a five-star rating. Once that's out of the way, this is a really nice battery charging case for your phone. The feel of it is slick, but I haven't had any trouble with it slipping out of my hand. My last case allowed me to use the charge button with ease but this one allows me to use it more intuitively. This case holds close to one full charge of my iPhone (charging from about 24% to 100%) before losing power. It has rubber edges, which are probably meant to make it more durable when dropping it (my old, different case had hard plastic and suffered some cracks and breaks).
