As a gift to my family, I purchased a gua sha set and gua sha. The package's simplicity, as well as how well-designed it is, appeal to me greatly. It arrived in its original packaging. All stones have a nice shine to them. This set includes a roller and gua sha stone. The green, which appears to be natural jade, was my choice. The heart-shaped gua sha stone is relatively small but heavy for its size, and it has a cool, jade-like feel to it. It's a light green that's thin and translucent enough to reveal the lovely internal structure, which includes several darker green striations - This is one of the most intriguing gua sha stones I've ever seen. It's been nicely shaped and polished, and it's very smooth. The roller's stones are a darker green, but they're still very pretty and smooth. The roller has a solid, durable feel to it, but it is not heavy. The wheel stones have bearings similar to those found in some kitchen rolling pins, so it runs smoothly and quietly. I've recently become obsessed with jade rollers. While I'm not convinced that therapeutic or anti-inflammatory drugs are beneficial, While I'm not sure about the anti-wrinkle properties of jade, I do know that sitting here watching myself use a jade roller methodically and meticulously is very soothing and relaxing. It's almost meditative, and I'm in desperate need of all the anti-biotics I can get these days. I'll take all the stressors I can get! br>br>This attractive light pink jade roller is the best of the best. I'm blown away by the craftsmanship. It's worth noting, however, that it's a very pale pink, not the color shown on the product page. I really like the graphics on the outside of the box - The majority of gua sha and rose quartz roller sets come in plain, generic packaging, but this one is attractive enough to be given as a gift. Unfortunately, when I opened my box, I was astounded to discover that the Gua Sha stone, despite being nestled in the box, was cracked in half! Either this occurred at the factory and the stone was still damaged when it arrived at my doorstep, or it occurred during shipping. However, the majority of the sets I've received in this manner have arrived in perfect condition. I'm not sure what went wrong, but I'm disappointed because it appeared to be a very nice stone.
This is a lovely set of jade stones that are both attractive and durable. I've been looking for these in other places, as well as on Sephor. They can cost up to $60. What a great deal to find these on here. They're soft and comfortable. I like to put a mask over my eyes and then press the flat tool against them. It most likely accomplishes nothing, but it makes me feel pampered.
