She is amazing and goes over everything (you can look up her product protocol session on YouTube). To wash your face, use a gentle cleanser first, followed by rubbing alcohol to disinfect the skin's surface. I strongly recommend rubbing alcohol solution. After I disinfect, I use lidocaine 5% to numb my face ( or wherever’you’re micro-surgery). needling (just be careful not to get too much lidocaine all over your body if that's where you're needling) I rinse the lidocaine off and disinfect again just in case. Only pure high molecular weight hylaraunic acid should be used for this procedure. When you're not going any deeper than 0, you can only use other products. I use real aloe vera plant right after the procedure because it's so soothing, especially when combined with the same high molecular weight hylaraunic acid. From the next day on, I use a multi molecular weight hylaraunic acid (specifically, one from the Ordinary), and after day three, I gradually add my organic moisturizer.
