I wish I had paid attention to some of the negative feedback before making my purchase. The system is simple to set up and use and is very convenient. The needles, on the other hand, do not penetrate the skin and do not reach the dermis, which is where the benefits are found. It's either not powerful enough or the needles are dull, causing serious abrasions on the skin. I was fortunate enough to test it on my body rather than my face. I was going to attach a photo, but it appears to be too blurry. If you're new to skin needling, be cautious; you could end up causing more harm. I've worked in the field before and know what I'm talking about.
Pen is a must-have! For the money, this is the best buy. After watching countless microneedling videos on YouTube, this one appeared to be the most popular. It appeals to me. It's really great.
