Nano cartridges cause very little (almost no) pain, but they only penetrate very shallowly.br>The 36 pins/needles cartridge will create 36 "treatment points" each time, making it more effective. At the same time, it will intuitively feel the pain, but the result will be more direct than the nanometer cartridge.

I read that the fewer needles the better, so I have the pen 7 and these needles are for my new pen 8. I use both, and it's nice to know I'm saving money doing it at home. I learned about these and how to use them by watching women use them on YouTube, which is how I learned about them and how to use them. However, it would be nice to have instructions, or maybe they could put up a site that offers instructions while watching it being used and tells us if it' I don't want to harm my skin, so please, Dr. Pen, provide instructions or a video showing how to use it and what to expect if it's dragged across the face incorrectly. It feels like it's dragging against my skin at times.
So far, half of the cartridges have been found to be defective, with bent needles or debris. I double-check all of my needles. On a needle, there was something black in this one. I'm not a fan of this and would not recommend it.
These are amazing; I’m skeptical about getting authentic products off amazon at times but when these arrived I compared them to my original Dr. Pen cartridges and they are 100%% I'll be purchasing these again without a doubt!.
Pen. Ok. When I ordered these on Amazon, I was a little hesitant - They're piercing your skin with needles, after all. When I say that the wrapper is EXACTLY THE SAME… other than the expiration date… I mean 100% the same… I mean 100% the same… other I also bought 3D Nano cartridges, which are identical to the 2D Nano cartridges. My only concern right now is stocking up in case the seller goes out of business!.
The needle cartridges were difficult to latch on with my pen. I was initially concerned that I had purchased the incorrect model, but it turned out to be Cory. To get one cartridge to stay in the pen, I had to use two. It's a great needle once it's locked in.
I bought 16 because I needed this one, but it doesn't match the pen well, and it falls out when I use it. I'm not sure how I'm going to go about it. Thanks.

This is a genuine replacement part for the Dr. Pen I use it with, as opposed to the ones I received from the manufacturer. I'm going to buy more!.
