It did not work as I expected it to work or as I was used to it working

used to use a sonicare me too for years and I loved the product. I wonder whether this company is the one who took it over when they went out of business. Having a second cleansing brush in another house was my motivation for purchasing The experience was disappointing for me. There was a brush that came with it, but it was far too stiff to be used on my face, and I had already ordered something that was supposed to work with this product. I placed the sensitive brush heads on the item, but when they were turned on they did not vibrate. I am returning it because I am not happy with.

There is no difference between this and a $20-bill A $30 one with a spinner. Your brush heads should resemble those of the clairsonic and you could be the #1 face cleaner since clairsonic has given up.

A really good product that provides three settings and works like a charm. Honestly, the only thing I don't like is that the cap that covers the brush head is too large, so you have trouble getting it seated properly, otherwise I would recommend it to others.
