There is only one time that I used this As long as it is used frequently, I think it would work. The ear holes made my ears hurt and it was really hard for me to keep it on without using it. It was really comfortable without putting my ears through the holes, but I had trouble keeping it on it without using it. It will take some time to figure this out, so I'm going to try again with a slightly larger ear hole- I can still wear it because it's not pulling too hard on my ear, but still stays in place.
