This eye pillow is extremely comfortable and soft, which is why I enjoy using it. I use it both hot and cold, and it maintains a consistent temperature. When I have tension in my neck, I like to use it on the back of my neck as well. It has a pleasant, light scent.

I've tried a few silk-covered eye pillows that quickly become soiled; however, this pillow and cover are cotton, so they stay cleaner looking for longer, and the cover is washable. Love it.

So, pillow, live. When I use this, I get a lot more sleep. The cover can be washed, and the smell is fantastic! Heavenly. To relieve pain, heat it in the microwave for a few minutes.

Even in the worst of circumstances, good can emerge. My office now offers stress management classes that include meditation. I was aware of the advantages but never took the time to investigate them, believing that I required an eye pillow to achieve a deeper state of relaxation. I decided this was what I was looking for after conducting numerous searches across multiple websites. The eye pillow has a Velcro closure on one end that opens and closes securely. This enabled me to incorporate polished stone chips, which I believe aid in meditation - Tiger eyes were my choice. They also add to the pillow's weight, which is something I enjoy. The lavender and chamomile scents are lovely, and they remind me to breathe slowly and deliberately. Initially, I was sent the incorrect pillow, which arrived without a cover and was unable to be opened - When I contacted the seller about the missing cover, they quickly realized their error and promptly sent the correct pillow without hesitation. Such excellent customer service is greatly appreciated.
