I really like this pillow, which measures about 11" long by 4" wide. You can either microwave it or freeze it. It has a soothing effect on me. I keep it in the freezer and place it on my brow after a workout to help me relax. I was so pleased with my first one that I purchased another for my sister, who suffers from anxiety, insomnia, and bipolar disorder. Polar depression is a mood disorder. My mother claims that she sleeps with hers on every night and enjoys it. My sister is a picky eater, so this is a must-have for her. It says something about her that she uses it every day. I hope this has been of assistance.
Unfortunately, you can only clean it on a spot basis. It's still a good investment. When this one gets dirty, I simply buy a new one.
It looks like silk to me, and it's a very soft material.

You don't have to keep your - if you don't want to. You can also meditate if you prefer. I'm serious. Quarantine, riots, and inept leadership have all taken their toll on me, so when I saw this lovely little eye pillow, I thought to myself, "Treat yo self," and ordered it. The scent instantly relaxes me, and when I use it on my yoga mat, I forget who is in charge and that it has been two weeks since I left my apartment. Shavasana is no longer complete without it, and it allows me to pretend I'm back in yoga class and life has returned to normal. Inhale. Exhale. Get the - pillow. Trust me.
This eye pillow is one of my favorites. I suffer from chronic migraines and frequently require rest in a dark, quiet environment. My migraine pain is sometimes right behind my eyes, and in the past, I would cover my head with a large cool sleeping pillow for similar (but not identical) results. I came across this eye pillow while searching on Amazon for migraine oils. I made the decision to order one and try it out. All I have to say is that it works wonderfully and is extremely relaxing. I keep this pillow in a zipper bag in my freezer and pull it out whenever I need to rest; the material is very smooth, and it keeps its cool for a long time; when it starts to lose its cool, I shake it a little and put it back on my eyes. Without a doubt, anyone who suffers from migraines would benefit from this.
A washable cover is something I would suggest for. These eye pillows have been in my possession for quite some time, and I'm still pleased with them. The scent fades with time, but I've never had a problem reviving it with a few drops of essential oil. Very soothing and relaxing, but the majority of the music is of good quality. Given that the product comes with a sewn-on cover, I would recommend using a washable cover.

When I use it right before bed, I find it very relaxing. br>The lavender scent faded after about two weeks, but I can still smell it now, nearly a month later. I didn't buy it for the smell. It's nice, but the most important aspect is how it makes my eyes feel. Even if the scent faded completely (which it hasn't), it would still serve the purpose for which I purchased it.
Give an eye pillow a try if you haven't already. A mild scent that covers your eyes and prevents light from entering. It simply feels great and is extremely relaxing. It's ideal for unwinding and recharging your batteries. Whenever I put it on, I usually take a quick nap. I've had a few over the years, and this is one of the best, and it's also very affordable.
That's all I'm going to say about it. It's great for headache relief, and I like that you can use it for both hot and cold therapy. This is also beneficial. However, despite the lack of a strap, I decided to give it a shot in the hopes that the inside "stuffing" would be heavy enough to keep it from sliding around too much on my head. This was not the case in my opinion. Whatever I got needed to have a strap. Because I cannot stay on my back for long periods of time, this product is not suitable for me. It's also "slippery," which means it doesn't just rest on your head because it's made of silk. There's a lot of swaying going on here. I would recommend it to someone who only needs it on occasion to relieve a headache, but who also wants something that will help them sleep all night and that they can leave on for long periods of time. I'm not sure this is what you're looking for.
The scent is unappealing and the quality is poor. The fabric isn't particularly soft, and it's made in a shoddy manner. The smell of lavendar is not as appealing as another brand I had previously purchased; I had purchased this as a gift and no longer wanted to give it as a gift because of the poor quality and smell. However, for some reason, this item is not returnable, and it was a complete waste of money; instead, purchase another brand.
