It is easy for the battery port to break. Having heard great things about this mask, and having used it before, I really liked it The mask did, however, break after a short period of time the charging port simply stopped functioning. I noticed that several reviews online complained about the mask breaking after a short period of time. In my mind, this product was worth the risk and I purchased it I have had it for slightly less than one month, and it has stopped charging and is therefore worthless. It was not made clear to me that this item cannot be returned through Amazon, and I am consequently Disappointing, to say the least.

There is a fatal flaw in the design of a great product

You don't need any experience for the mask! Slippery straps are used to secure the bag. The object hit the bathroom floor as a result. There is a design flaw which makes the product unusable. The time will come when you too break yours. There is no customer service or even email return from the company.

It is an expensive product, but worth the investment if you can afford it and will dedicate yourself to using it consistently on a regular basis. As of this writing, I have been using the product for three weeks and have already seen improvement in both my nasal folds and smile lines (around my mouth) in pictures and in person. My typical strategy is to search for bargains and I saw there were similar products for much less, but this mask requires only 3 minutes per cycle, whereas most of the cheaper versions require twenty. My schedule allows me only 17 to 20 minutes of free time on a daily basis as a career woman and new mom (at 37). Purchasing the system made sense to me because I could save time, and I am happy with my.
