I have had no luck getting the company to take responsibility for the poor performance of the device when I have contacted them for customer service and they forced me to pay twice as much for I asked the hotel to send me a new power outlet after I was forced to buy a new one on the third request after the old one stopped working just after six months of my purchase, and Not only did the company invest in poor material, it also lucked out when it came to You should stay clear of this inventstement!

I found that it only stays on for a few seconds at a time after 9 months. I also only see the red lights when the device is It doesn't light up at all in blue/white. I can't wait to see how their supposed 1-year deal goes It is covered by the one-year warranty. I'm not happy with what's going on at the moment.
