You won't be able to pluck anything because none of the tweezers actually grab the hair. It was disappointing.
The pointed tweezers were unable to grasp the foreign objects when used to remove splinters from the skin. These tweezers' tips did not actually meet at the end when examined under a magnifier - They were slightly off-kilter and came together a long way from the tip. The broad-based Slanted and straight tipped tweezers appeared to meet at the ends with more precision, but I prefer pointed tweezers for splinters, and these did not work well.
They don't work on fine facial hair, which is why I bought them in the first place. They appear to be well-made and formed, but none of them can grasp and hold a single hair. Except for one, none of them can even pick up a strand of hair. The pouch in which they are packaged is unusually nice, as it appears to be made of genuine soft leather. The tweezers are of good quality and thickness. They appear to be fantastic. They don't work at all, which surprises me. I continue to try them in the hopes that they will work, but they do not.

The concept is brilliant, but the tweezers themselves are a disaster! There are no smooth flat edge tips on any of the three flat tweezers that will actually grab a hair. Only the pointed ones will, at least sometimes. When none of the four will actually tweeze, a set of four is worthless. I should have spent a little more money on a single pair of high-quality shoes.
