I have used this product since I was 15 and this formula does not work as well as the old one. Additionally, the smell is not Since I have super sensitive skin, I used to get the no flavor products, but the smell of this one bothers me. the bottles are so much smaller and do not last nearly as long as they once did. It's too bad they changed things so much.
It's by far my favorite. Since years ago, I have used it. Although there is a price tag on this product, it has worked well for me since I have very sensitive skin. No other "sensitive skin" shave gels or creams have ever affected my skin. There are literally no bumps on me! In the area of my legs, armpits, and bikini, I use this product. It has been used by my husband for his face and he loves it.
While the packaging states that this product does not cause irritation, my skin makes me itch, so I do not know what's happening to my skin that even this product that has been highly recommended is causing me irritation.
Specifically, if you have extra sensitive skin as I do, I strongly advise against using this product.
I love creams without fragrance. There is no need to use anything else, as it works very well.

You won't lose any money if you don't waste it. Over the last 15 years, I have been using the original formula of Coochy. I have irritated skin, razor bumps, and razor burn for the first time in fifteen years after switching to this new formula. I find that this formula is not nearly as slick and moisturizing as the original. The rule of thumb is "If it ain't broke, don't fix it. ". I am very disappointed. In order to get the old formula and the new product, I now have to find the old formula or make a brand new product altogether. In my opinion, the latter is more likely.
