You can use a plastic fork to press it. Keeping a heater on isn't a good idea

It is easy to use and works fine. There will be some irritation of your skin such as burning and itching but that is expected since you are putting harsh chemicals on your skin. Once you have properly washed your skin of the product, the irritation will disappear.
