I ordered it because I love straight razor shaving, nothing beats it. There were some problems with the razor that caused it to be unusable. I thought maybe it was because the edge wasn't sharpened as much as it should be. It just won't cut at all even after running it through a strop several times to try to improve it. When I looked down at the blade, it was warped/curved, and I was only able to use the tip for cutting my beard. When I looked more closely at it, the edge was flattened out, and I was unable to fix it with a wet stone. My shipment may just have been defective, since thin metals warp easily and may have been damaged during shipping. I understand that their products are not bad, but I think my shipment may have just been defective. I was very happy with the packaging! Included are brush and lather, as well as the accessories. It was just the razor itself that was problematic.

Here's what I've got to say about it There might be something wrong with The razor didn't shave as well as I expected, in fact it was painful if anything it hurt a lot. I guess I might be doing it wrong. This is the first time I have used this kind of razor. My face lost more skin than I lost hair as a result of the procedure. Regardless of how hard I tried, the shaving soap did not lather at all, and I do know how to use it. You'll like holding this razor because it looks good and feels good. In addition, the brush should be cleaned regularly. Regarding the sharpening belt. I cannot comment on it because I am not entirely certain if I used it properly. However, it did not make a difference in how the blade shaved. While the blade was already in good shape when it arrived, I thought it would be a good idea to sharpen it more to see if that makes The answer is no.

In addition to the razor, everything in this set except for that is fine. As far as the razor goes, it worked just fine for a few weeks but when I had to sharpen it, that is when I had problems. Its construction is uneven and its flare does not give you a proper sharpening angle, so the spine does not give you the best Due to this reason, it became blunt when I sharpened it with a 1,000/6,000 stone. It was basically just a case of staying on the 1,000 side to at least give it a chance of catching hair. This blade is stainless steel light, so that has played a part in it as well.

The soap dispenser was very dirty when I received the product, but after cleaning and varnishing it is of good quality. It is a little disappointing that this product does not arrive in perfect condition, but it can be dealt with if you spend a little money on the varnish.

I like the brush the strop is okay. Suddenly, the blade came to a sharp end. There is not a lot to complain about.

I was satisfied with the product. This product was given a low rating due to its dull blade. However, even with use of the strop, it never became sufficiently sharp.

As far as the shave bar, I do not like that wood bleeds onto it it looks.
