The seller is a jerk who does not accept returns or replacements

The disinfecting light does not take hold of the tools and does not report the damage within 10 days, and the vendor refuses to accept responsibility for the damage. It says to report damage within 30 days, and I've been sending photos and videos for almost two months and haven't been able to help.

There is no way to replace the bulb

The bulb went out a month after I bought it, so I would not recommend it. I haven't been able to find a suitable replacement. I can now throw it away and spend more money on a new one!.
