Now that I've had a chance to use it, I can give it a review. It serves its purpose admirably. However, there are some learning curves to be aware of. If the washcloths are thick, it won't hold as many of them. But that's something I'm willing to work with. If you're going to use it with a client (I'm a massage therapist), figure out how you're going to incorporate it into the session. You must factor in the time it takes for the towels to warm up, as well as the fact that replacing them makes them wetter, which can drip hot water on your client and sheets, necessitating the use of a plate to catch the drips. Although there are probably better ovens on the market, this one does a fantastic job for the money.

Smart people will use tongs when handling the hot towel fresh out of the basin, let it unravel, and by the time you walk to wherever you will apply it, the towel will have cooled just enough to use by the time you walk to wherever you will apply it. This isn't for keeping hot towels warm all day; it's for making them when you need them.

I'm a massage therapist, and I needed this for when I went to see my clients. It's less expensive than a warmer and heats towels quickly; it's also light weight, and I can add a drop of essential oils to my towels to give them a spa feel.

It has 14 spa towels, according to the description. I have enough room for four people. Only a timer is available, and there is no temperature control. The towels are nuclear if the timer is set for longer than a few minutes. It was a risky unit for facials and "spa" treatments when it was first used.

Warm towels are a great purchase for an esthetician who offers facials or vagacials. Within 10 minutes, the steamer is very hot and stays that way for about 20 minutes. 30 mins. You'll be fine with using a utensil to remove the towels after they've cooled down.

flimsy, cheap, and inconvenient - these are all words that come to mind when I think of the word "flimsy. " It's not even big enough to hold two regular-sized hand towels. You'll be better off using a crockpot for this.

It heats up a LOT! I couldn't get it off with my hands, so I had to use tongs. I wish it had a temperature control feature because I use it for facials and the towels are far too hot to use on my clients' skin. The only reason he gets four stars is because of this.
