It happened to mine as well. Home Depot is a good option. A 250-volt, 2-amp fuse is required.
I'd say between 15 and 20. If you leave the towels inside for longer than 20 minutes, it will become extremely hot. There are enough towels for six people.

This item was purchased two weeks before the end of the year. And it worked perfectly until last Thursday, when it suddenly stopped working. Someone was kind enough to share the type of fuse that is required after reading the questions and answers above. In less than 30 seconds and for less than a dollar, I was able to repair my towel warmer. This is how you go about doing it. br>There is a round reservoir on the bottom of the unit, next to the wire, that requires a flat head to unscrew (it is spring loaded). br>Remove the burnt out fuse and replace it with a new 150v 2A fuse by unscrewing the reservoir from the bottom of the unit. SIXQJZML 10 Pack F2AL Fast-Blow is the link to order the correct fuse from Amazon. If you're in a rush, go to Home Depot.
Today I came in and, as you can see, it's plugged in but there's no light. 2. Has ceased to work 5 months. What a waste of money, and now the site has become a landfill. I had an 8-year-old beige towel warmer, and I wanted a black one. Trust reviews is a lesson learned.
Terrible/Shift This was a total squander of funds. It's small, as everyone else has said, and barely holds enough towels for a full day of facials or massages. This will hold up to 8 spa size towels (not the small square hand towels, which will fit more). br>br>However, that isn't my complaint. I bought this in June/July of last year and have only used it a few times since then. This weekend, in the middle of my workday, it stopped working. It simply turned off and stopped generating heat. I'm past the return deadline and haven't been able to reach out to the seller. In my 12 years of working in a spa, this is the worst towel warmer I've ever seen. It's just awful.
This unit was operational for one day after the return window had closed. Everything was fine until it wasn't anymore. It hasn't gotten more than four uses. Spend the extra money on a reputable brand, because this unit is terrible. Read other reviews, and they all say the same thing.
This wasn't big enough for my spa. I require at least four towels per client, and this only just fits. Isn't that a washcloth in the picture? This was returned after I purchased the larger one.
The towel warmer was purchased in February but not used at all in February, but I thought it was a good buy for a new small salon, and it was only used a few times in March this year, when Covid struck and shut down the shop. In May, the shop reopened to limited use, but there were few customers because it was a new shop. The warmer wasn't used on a daily basis, (3-). It went on for four days during the week, then stopped on October 16th, 20th, and 21st. I tried a few different outlets, but nothing came on. I would not recommend this towel warmer because if it can't handle half-day use, it won't be able to handle full-day use. After using this warmer for about 5 months, I now need to purchase a replacement. I've usually had great luck with Amazon products, but not this time. Overall, I gave it two stars because it did what it was supposed to do when it worked, but the fact that it died after a few months detracted from the rating. Just a little disappointed.
I was not pleased at all because I had missed the return window. My money was a waste.
This is a fantastic towel warmer. I have a small massage office and a line for using hot towels in my services; I don't need many, and I believe I could get six. I've got 8 rolled hands in it as well, but I haven't filled it yet. I put a few in it and they were very warm after 30 minutes, but not so hot that I couldn't touch them.
