In about 30 minutes, the towel warmer heats up to 180°F" I can't even get it to 120°F. It takes a long time for them to warm up. NOT HOT! The towels were hot when we put them in, but they were warm after an hour. This is not a cold towel changer, but rather a hot towel warmer. I'd like a replacement or a refund! If you fix this, I'll change my opinion. You give me one month to test it and contact you, which is a complete joke. I didn't find out until last week, and I assumed it was because they were putting the towels in cold, so we put it to the test yesterday. However, we used a hot towel and it was warm in under an hour. There was no other way to contact you except here, so please accept my sincere apologies. I'm in desperate need of a replacement!.

So I bought it for my new Esthetics room at home. When I was delivered, I was giddy with anticipation. The first thing I noticed, however, was a large gash on the front door. But I figured, what the heck, I'll get through it. So I set it up, plugged it in, and waited for it to warm up, but it never did! It was barely warm after I had left it on all night. I always read the reviews, but this one escaped my notice! This is something I would not buy again!.

I rarely write reviews, but I am extremely dissatisfied with this product; I'm not sure if my warmer is defective or if the problem is with the product itself, but it hardly warms the towels. I don't use it because everything comes out semi-warm, and it's pointless to use because the towels are already cooled before they reach the client. It was my fault; I should have purchased one that was more expensive. What you pay for is exactly what you get.

My cabinet has only been used five times, and the plastic is already splitting! The Amazon phone support team, on the other hand, has been fantastic and is sending me a new phone. Also, the company emailed me an apology, so I'm hoping the new one won't have any problems- UPDATEDbr>I got my new replacement and the sides melted and cracks reappeared. I do not recommend this product; I am returning it for the second time and will be reimbursed.

I'm an esthetician, so I needed a new towel warmer to help me with my facial treatments. I use wet towels as a heat source and am very satisfied with this warmer. I'd buy it again if it lasts a long time, as the one I ordered from another company only lasted about 2 to 3 years. Because I only use it two to three days a week, I anticipate these cabinets lasting much longer. At my other business location, I have a towel warmer that has been in operation for at least seven years. I bought it at an Aesthetician conference and can't seem to find out who made it; As a result, I'm optimistic about this.
