It claims to be able to hold 15 towels, but this is untrue. br>br>I can fit four hand towels in there tightly rolled, but it's difficult to close. I didn't expect to be able to fit any more, but the fact that it claimed 15 towels was amusing. I'm not sure I'd be able to fit 15 loads of laundry in there. br>br>Also, if you plan to use this professionally, be aware that once you pass through a threshold, it loudly snaps shut. To keep it from slamming shut loudly, you must actively hold it or place your finger in the door. Because of the abrupt and loud noise, I don't think I'll be able to keep this in the same room as my massages. br>br>Quality appears to be fine, but the noise.

I have two of these naughty little rascals. one for damp hot towels and the other for my dry rice packs They can hold up to six 15x25" hand towels (from the Walmart bath towel aisle). This is a fantastic small warmer cabinet! I was concerned after reading the reviews that it wouldn't turn on, but when I received it, I turned it on just to be sure. It worked perfectly the first time I used it; hot towels were ready in no time. br> However, the second time I tried to use it, it refused to turn on at all. I couldn't get it to work no matter what socket I plugged it into. I pressed the plug that goes into the back of the steamer in a little more before calling it broken. It came on right away. I can't help but wonder if a lot of those reviews are for a towel cabinet that is perfectly functional but has a slightly disconnected back plug.
I like how compact it is; it fits inside a cabinet (as long as the cabinet has power). The temperature of the towel heater has been set at a specific level. Depending on how much moisture you leave in the towel, the towel heats up or cools down. I wring mine out and spritz it with water and lavender oil. Lovely!.
It's small and compact, but it can easily fit six people. It contains eight hand towels. The UV light is turned off unless I need to sterilize my tweezers, and it has a water catcher underneath that actually works to keep water from leaking everywhere. This is a significant upgrade over my previous towel warmer, and I am extremely pleased with it.
The only thing I can think of that someone might complain about is how quickly and loudly the door springs close. I only use one hand to open the door and the other to grab the extremely hot towels. This adorable little towel warmer makes me 100 happy.
