It was broken when it was delivered

When I took it out of the box and opened the door, however, the packaging was fine. . . . The door was ripped off its hinges. The door hinges were cracked and broken, and one of the screws had come loose. It's a good thing I opened it right away because I had to return it the same day it arrived. Buyers should be cautious and shop around.

When I first got there, it didn't work

The firm has not responded. I contacted the company via personal email (which is how they prefer customers to contact them) and Amazon. It makes a noise, but the light does not come on. Because it says it can come loose, I took it out and replaced it. I looked for a new bulb but couldn't find one.
