Questions & Answers
Although the bed appears to be narrow, most clients have no trouble lying down when I'm working on their sternum, chest, back, or back of the forearm. The most common problem I encounter is clients attempting to sit on the legs.
You might be able to look up the instructions that came with mine. I didn't realize the base was locked from spinning for a whole year. It's not difficult to put together, but anything you'll be challenging your clients with on a daily basis needs to be durable.
It can hold up to 400 pounds of weight.

As a tattoo artist, I find the features of this chair to be extremely useful. Some are fantastic, while others are less so. Hydraulics require more upward travel distance, and the legs swing out for easy access to the back. great. But. Because the swivel mechanism is light, the legs can move up and down a lot. I'm afraid it won't last, but The only way to find out is to wait. The armrests are in desperate need of repair. Small fine threaded hardware for easily securing strips in place. In addition, there are far too many joints that slide around. Reduce the number of variables. The upper swivel joint is fantastic, but I believe that if they moved it down another four to six inches, it would provide superior all angle adjustments, both inward and outward, as well as forward and backward, to meet every customer's comfort measurements for both the customer and the artist. With a few tweaks, this chair could compete with other brands. Fortunately, I have a friend who is a welder/fabricator, and I have taken it upon myself to make the necessary improvements. It goes without saying. This, combined with the high cost of the other chair I purchased for comparison, convinced me to buy it. If done correctly, the Inkbed could be the best chair available. By a long shot. Inkbed. I'm hoping you'll take the time to read it. Yes, I spoke with Josh on the phone. Excellent customer service, but why send the same hardware that clearly did not hold up in the first place and needed to be replaced within the first month? We have a brisk business here. so. Inkbed. Make the necessary adjustments. And you'll get paid for it. This is a chair that I would strongly suggest. However, it's also a good idea to ask if any improvements have been made.
FIRST! Negative reviews on this site or on YouTube are completely unimportant. It's likely that those guys didn't put it together properly. This table is built to last. Heavy-duty steel is used for the base and framing. The back tilt stabilizer is also held in place by thick steel springs. I've used other chairs made by a company whose name rhymes with Fat Coal, and this one is a strong contender. The armrests must be present!.
First, inspect each part to see if there are any flaws before putting it on! I'm extremely vexing!.
As a result of the carrier, the chair was slightly damaged. The people at Inkbed are fantastic! I'd give the customer service a five-star rating; these people truly understand what they're doing! I sent a couple of photos via text message and got a quick response. Within a few days, I received the replacement headrest and upper leg that had been damaged during the shipping process. The quality of the leather and the durability of the support frame both wowed me. A fantastic feature was the hydraulic ram. The chair was assembled in under 30 minutes. I'm excited to buy ink bed products again in the future. They are, in my opinion, unsurpassed.
There is an error in the weight rating. The weight capacity is 450 pounds. It was sat on by a 300-pound client, and it sounded terrible. Cracking and creeking are two words that come to mind when thinking of cracking and creek While she was sitting, the hydraulics wouldn't work. I needed to get off, adjust, and then assist her in getting back on. She was in a lot of pain. The session was a disaster. Assembly will almost certainly necessitate the use of power tools. The two tools they provide will keep you up for hours. I was hoping to fall in love with this chair!.
So, let's get this party started with shipping. Shipping was a complete disaster. I'm hoping that the company that sold the chair switches away from UPS as their shipper and instead uses FedEx, USPS, or another company because everything is so bad. The chair, on the other hand, is incredible. It was not difficult to put together, and it went quickly. Once everything was put together, it was super comfortable, with great fabric, a hydraulic pump that works perfectly, and locking wheels that are truly exceptional. I did not use the standard legs. I intend to use this chair for a very long time.
Because the part that was damaged in the first delivery was replaced with a good one, I updated my review. I contacted the seller, who promptly resolved the issue and promptly shipped the item. The chair is sturdy and of high quality; however, if you're particularly tall, you may find that your feet are pushed out of the chair. It does, however, extend quite far. It's something I'd strongly suggest. The arms aren't included in the package!.
Overall, I like this chair a lot because of how versatile it is, but the upholstery must have been changed. The one in the stock photo has a smooth surface with nice, plush tufting (as seen on the back, seat, and leg pieces' horizontal rows). br>As you can see from my photos, that method of tufting isn't for everyone. existent. The plushness depicted in their photos would have been preferable for preventing the user from sliding down the seat. Additionally, it appears to be more appealing. This deception has left me a little disappointed. Aside from that, it's an excellent chair.
