A dirty item has been returned to me

Face cradle covers are generally good, but mine arrived opened with a film on the inside of the package and on the covers that appeared like ash particles or dirt. Additionally, the items were in a returned bag and were marked with a Kohl's In any case, I won't be using them, and I would have returned them, but my husband threw away the packaging before so I wouldn't be able to.

I can't say enough good things about these! They are soft, stay in place, and are far more durable than paper face cradles, which can get soggy after a while. I strongly recommend them!.
